The 2018 Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships returns to Vail Mountain bringing with them the best snowboarders in the world competing to win the most prestigious Halfpipe and Slopestyle titles in snowboarding.
The NCAA Skiing Championships are returning to Steamboat Springs in 2018. The event will return to Steamboat for the eighth time on March 7-10, 2018. The Nordic and the slalom races will be held at Howelsen Hill, while the giant slalom will take place on Mount Werner.
The America’s Uphill is a longtime Aspen favorite that attracts hundreds of racers each year. The race brings together snowshoers, runners, Nordic skiers, telemark skiers, and Randonee skiers for a 2.5 mile and 3,000’+ vertical climb up Aspen Mountain.
These beautiful, challenging courses are run on dirt/jeep roads and narrow, hilly single track with fantastic views of Salida and the Arkansas Valley. Elevations range from 7000-9000 feet.
